The journey behind Plumbers 4 You
For founder Daniel Alexis, plumbing was not something he had mapped out from childhood. It came through an opportunity, good people around him and a willingness to learn, work hard and keep moving forward.
After leaving school and finding himself pondering his future, a family friend working on the family home offered to show Daniel what plumbing was all about, changing the direction of his life (thanks again Clive!).
Daniel went on to study plumbing at Hackney Community College, balancing studying, real-world plumbing work and being a volunteer at Castlehaven Youth Club.
These experiences taught things that would become crucial for running a business: responsibility, communication, patience and an understanding that different people need different approaches.
